Hardplate is proof of Towhook's medical prowess. Hardplate is a former maximal that was convereted after a fight with Hailstorm. He had nearly been gone, but Towhook was able to salvage things, and with his custom Decepticon shell program, Hailstorm gained themselves another medic.
