Blister X' Bio

Blister likes to get down and dirty where the Decepticons are. In robot mode, he has the reflexes of a cat and can fire a damaging barrage of lasers while running at blinding speeds. Carries a light laser pistol and carries light weight rocket launchers which have a 20 mile range. Cruising speed in sports car mode is 200 mph. Can wiretap Decepticons from anywhere. Shoots micro sized spycams and wiretaps onto Decepticon targets undetected.

Weaknesses: Won't fight in open combat unless circumstances are inescapable.
