-- Report on the Reformatting aftermath --

Milady, it is impossible to know all the circumstances behind the Reformatting. I had been diligent in searching for any record related to the event but, regrettably, most were not salvageable.

What is clear now is that nearly all Cybertronians are finding that they cannot obtain their original builds. Serene -- along with her former apprentice, Extricate -- informed me that there was nothing to be found that would indicate why this is. One can only hope that time will aid, and not work against, us in our endeavor.

Unfortunately, I must also report that we have had no luck either in regards to the matter concerning the universal loss of experience, whether it be directly related to combat or indirectly. Again, we can only hope that the answers will be revealed in Primus' own due time.

Lastly, I must address the matter concerning a subordinate of yours. According to outside reports, Sheela was seen in the vicinity of the Reformatting's origin point when the event occurred. I pursued with vigor after any clues that would explain why she was there, but my efforts netted only two. There was a visual-only recording that showed her entering the place. The recording lasts another two breems before reaching the corrupted portion of the datatrack. The second clue was an audio-only broadcast that happened very shortly before the big event. I have not yet come to any firm conclusion as to its meaning. (I dutifully request that you send Alacrity to assist me, as it could possibly be a code.) Whatever happened, it is sadly safe to assume that she was caught up in the Reformatting and perished, though her remains have yet to be discovered.

You recently requested that I find a Maximal to replenish our ranks after the loss of Sheela. I believe Dominia to be a fine addition.

We have never truly had firepower in our group. That is not meant to diminish the wonderful performances of Firenze and Ascendant, but they were not built to absorb and return heavy damage. With Dominia, they'll be better able to focus on their other tasks.

The new femme also works well with others, which made her particularly desired by other teams due to the "attitude issue" that typically comes with an artillery bot. I was only able to convince her to join the Plenary because of Clop. I'll leave a fuller explanation of this in another communique.
