About Retribution

The dark side of the Maximal movement and Leo Prime's private black ops unit, most who encounter them are surprised Retribution are allowed the wear the Autobrand. Widely considered to be barely more than glorified terrorists the unit are specialists in causing the maximum damage in the minimum time. Such is Retribution’s reputation that the appearance of one of their members can cause even their allies to lose their nerve at the prospect of the impending carnage. Their commander, Kaijubot, appears to follow an agenda entirely his own; they report directly to Leo Prime if they report to anyone.

Retribution are armed and equipped with distinctive and unusual technologies unseen outside of their hands. Thus many speculate that the team are not of Cybertronian origin; certainly their chosen name suggests they desire to make the Decepticons pay for some undisclosed crime. Others suggest that they are escaped test subjects seeking to exact revenge for what was done to them. Retribution themselves do not speak of their origin.
