Are there any clearer pictures? Its hard to see the head on this pic, but from what I can see its head looks sorta odd...

Whatever the case, it does look better....but then again that's kinda like saying a clean toilet looks better than a stained one....still wouldn't drink out of it.

I do believe that he is part of the Premium Series.
So, I guess that we can expect him to be in stores around the end of Jan?

That is practically the same as theft. It happens at my husbands work. For example someone returns a toaster, inside the box is an old toaster. That's theft. Your a theif. I don't respect theives.

Dont be so stupid. If his old version hasnt ever been opened, like many collectors keep their toys, then whats wrong about that? I dont respect people who jump to conclusions and judge others without knowing all the facts first...

Don't call me stupid. Read the highlighted bit. He says he's returning it with the old one inside. If it was closed in sealed box, then I wouldn't have an issue with it. I have an issue with him returning the figure old figure in the new box.

I got the impression from his post that he will be buying the new one upon returning the old one. I guess we wont know until he tells us.
Oh and just a little tip BTW...if you dont want to be called "stupid" dont go around calling people thieves until you know for certain.

You know, I actually did that once...but not to that degree. I took the front half of the head of an Energon Prime with faceplate & swapped it with my figure's faceplateless version, & sent it back to the store.Sunstar wrote:FellintoOblivion wrote:Another figure I will be buying the returning with my old movie SS inside.

& uopn posting about it shortly afterwards on here I had learned that Ryan did that once as well with a Unicron....I believe he said he swapped a black one for a yellow one, or something like that. It's been awhile, & I've slept since then.
Everybody's technically involved in theft of some sort or another in their lives. Hell, if you record a TV show without the TV station's consent that's technically stealing. So unless you can say you've lead a squeaky-clean life yourself, it's a matter of the pot calling the kettle black.
Now on the other hand, TF fans tend to have an unspoken code about them when it comes to stuff like this, & it irks me pretty bad myself when someone blantantly intends to dupe other potential fans.
