Prime is using the Evasion Mode body in the movie. As Evidenced by the Legion toy, and the takara Leader Class Prime.

I wouldn't be too sure as Prime is rumoured to appear on Cybertron. If you go by toys then that would mean Barricade and Tank megs would be in the film which he isn't as tank megs only appeared in Revenge of the Fallen.
