TFW2005 member UMC has posted images and a description of a Transformers Revenge of The Fallen Limited Edition Leader Class Optimus Prime.
The toy itself is the same as the regular release but it comes in a wooden box with a gold Autobot faction symbol, an Autobot dog-tag and a certificate.
It seems as if only 576 exist of this toy and is limited to China.

Maybe the wood box with gold autobot emblem represents a casket for good old Optimus.
