We know that Animated is having Cinemanga...
My guess is either a stand-alone Animated Comic, or even another Evolutions style book. I could stretch it and say a "classics" based book, but I highly doubt it.

I'm hoping for another Evolutions. I loved Hearts of Steel

Pretty sure Search for Starscream is being written by Chris Ryall and Chris Mowry. Unless I'm either wrong or something's changed.

A movie-continuity storyline kicking off just after the film ends, I think.
I suspect he's doing a Spotlight issue. By my count they've had a different artist for each one so far.

Ah, I see.
Didn't Roche do both Shockwave and Hot Rod's issues?

McCarthy is a writer, not an artist, so he would only be writing a Spotlight if he did it. With Furman having a near deathlike grip on IDW's main story, I doubt IDW would be bringing in more outside writers to do his work for him...
