While doing a good job at only giving brief run-downs of the scenes previewed (many of which have been glimpsed in part in the various trailers), there are still spoilers a plenty regarding both characters and storyline, so be warned if you are trying to remain spoiler free.
Bay revealed to the Times two voice actors providing character voices for Revenge of the Fallen, while one: Frank Welker is already public knowledge, the other Tom Kenny (Transformers Animated Starscream) is a new name to be associated with the film. While not stating which character they will be playing, Welker has been more or less confirmed as playing Soundwave, there has been no comment on whose voice/voices Kenny will be providing.
Bay also talks about the casting of main characters Sam and Mikaela, and how the cast has grown closer as a result of the first film.

He's Skids. Remember when Skids said Upgrade time, I told my g/f that sounds like Spongebob!!!

he probably voices both skids and wheelie. wheelie fits spongebob perfectly.

Im hoping that hes going to voice Starscream. He did a pretty good job in animated but im sure he wont. Bays to stupid to use what works. Also hoping Welker dose more then just Soundwave. He voiced half of G1 for god sakes give him some more voices to do damn it.

NO!
Starscream is my favorite, but I can't take him seriously at all in TFA because of his Spongebob voice. Same with Wasp/Waspinator, but that might just be because I'm spoiled to Beast Wars.

If there's some reason I could get my sister to come see ROTF with me it would be something like this. She loves Spongebob and so do I.We find it is one of the best shows to watch when really stressed we just Lol heaps.
