Their latest issue is auctioning off a Willys Jeep which is supposed to be the first alt mode for Bumblebee himself, in the opening - though not the opening opening, as we saw that it will be set on Cybertron here - as we saw in the trailer, and as confirmed in the San Diego Comic Con 2018 footage from the panel (while pursued by John Cena / Agent Burns, and Blitzwing). All of this happens before he takes on the iconic Volkswagen beetle mode. You can check out the auction below, and some screencaps from the trailer to confirm the alt mode jeep parts, and join the conversation!

When will we get that bee in toyline? So potentially, bee could go through three alts in the movie. Going from the jeep, to the vw and, if rumours are correct, the '77 camaro.

Interesting. So question 1 is will there be a toy? Question 2 is, new mold, or a remold/redeco of a previous Hound or Swindle? The Universe Hound that came with Ravage looks like it would actually work pretty well with the grill placement and shoulder wheels.

I want a Studio Series toy with this version of BB so badly.
And it's an easy recolor into a classics Hound. Just change the head, too

That mold is very probably too old to use for normal retail anymore.Lunatic Prime wrote:And it's an easy recolor into a classics Hound.

WHY?
They even rereleased Energon Grimlock in the AoE line.

The point is that it's a figure from a time when Hasbro was in a different toy industry economy with different budget levels and conformities that they adhered to. Things have changed a lot since then, most drastically around 2012 when the Generations line suddenly had all of the FOC toys made smaller. Universe Hound was a figure made for a different time in a different economy with different budgetary conditions than those of today, hence why most figures from several lines ago that get surprisingly reused in lines from much later nowadays end up being either store exclusives, convention exclusives, or initiatives taken by Takara without Hasbro.Lunatic Prime wrote:So what's the point?Sabrblade wrote:As part of a store exclusive boxed set, not a normal retail figure.Lunatic Prime wrote:WHY?Sabrblade wrote:That mold is very probably too old to use for normal retail anymore.TF-fan kev777 wrote:The Universe Hound that came with Ravage looks like it would actually work pretty well with the grill placement and shoulder wheels.

So both classic Hound molds (Legends and Deluxe class) could be used and put into some kind of special edition box. Where's the problem now? I never said anything about how they'll release a retooled mold for BB.

Variations the nice way of putting things when a bumblebee figure has the potential to be more like hound than the baynus, combiner wars & siege figures. Might be another use for the MP Hound recolor as well as anime, swindle or the ehobby figure. only problem is when I get a MP hound I'm going to want a truck (transformable or not) with a green goblin head on the front of it...

All five live action movies, which the came out over the last 11 years, are being re-released in one big bundle on Amazon. As of now, it will be up for order on November 6th, 2018, and only available in 4k Ultra HD Blu-Ray. The listing features the hilariously long title of: "Transformers: The Ultimate Five Movie Collection Includes: Transformers, Transformers: Age of Extinction, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Transformers: The Last Knight".
It has a price of $83.99, and it is up to you whether this is a good price or not.
Images of the boxset have yet to surface, so as for how it looks, it's completely in the air.
So what are your thoughts? Are these worth buying if you don't own these movies? Let us know in the Pub forums below!

Is cool but I already have all five on Blu Ray. In fact it was the first film that helped convince me that High Def TV's were worth buying and I love all the extra details visible on the bots and such. I've watched all five a lot but obviously don't need duplicates and don't need a box set. Unless there was something real extra enticing. I'll stick with my current five Blu Ray releases.

Yeah. Who are they targeting with this? It's not like the bluray box set of Star Wars. Those of us who like these movies enough to watch them over and over already own them.
