Thanks to T.F.N.D. user Blacklai, we now have new in hand images of Combiner Wars G2 Superion! This radical new eye-searing combiner is the G2 redeco of our beloved Aerialbots, complete with Quickslinger and Powerglide for a full 6-member team of awesome! Seibertron galleries of the set can be found here, and the opening coverage of G2 Superion beginning with his first official reveal can be found here. Is this G2 dude worth your time? Gaah! UW Devs and Defensor came in so I ended up shipping my POL from BBTS. Then just got notification that CW voyagers are in. After the POL already shipped! :BANG_HEAD:

Might go ahead and spend the extra shipping...

If I'd had more money I would have gone for the 2 pack with Scattershot. I don't mind his design, and if I really didn't want him I could sell him.

I went for the two-pack of Onslaught and Scattorshot, which I wouldn'tve done if it weren't for the point system used by The Chosen Prime. I'm basically getting Scattorshot for free, and once they get here, Ill probably turn around and sell him to my local comic shop, and use the proceeds to get myself a set of those PE hand/feet sets. Ah, good ole GPS. Good thing the newer plastics are immune. We would need a G2 Alpha Bravo to take G2 Quickslinger's spot after his GPS death otherwise

Scored the Combaticon Deluxes at Target today.

Guys! Brawl' waste situation REALLY isn't that bad!
There is enough tension to hold it. It's not perfect, but it's not a deal breaker.

Edit: OH! I almost forgot. Swindle is all WIN! ;)^

I love the gun mode, it's so compact and efficient, far superior to the powerglide mold, simply due to not being hampered by excess junk for his other modes

Well, yeah, most people don't buy two identical figures unless it's a troop builder. And we all know how the fans react when Hasbro tries to do something new, so it had to look like something that already existed. G2 colors probably seemed like the best option, perhaps even the ONLY one, in terms of getting the box sets to sell.
