The Universe of the Transformers is vast, and populated by many characters. Their universe is a large tapestry, made up of the stories and points of view of countless experiences that serve the larger whole.
These are some of those stories. This is:
It should be noted that this project is not in any way officially affiliated with either IDW Publishing or Hasbro. They're just some short stories crafted by your fellow Transformers enthusiasts.
That being said, everyone is welcome to leave comments and whatnot regarding the posted stories. Just bear in mind that no one has been paid for this work. These stories are the result of people taking the time out of their busy days to contribute to a universe they love.
This week's piece is called "Penumbra". Story and art by Jon Stone (aka Jack Cade).
Today's release "Penumbra", is the project's 10th completed piece to be revealed to the world.
We would like to take the chance to thank everyone who has contributed to the project so far, it's been a blast working with so many talented people, and we look forward to producing more great stories with you all.
Also, we would like to thank everyone who has commented on these pieces, your kind words and support really make it worthwhile.
So to everyone..
THANK YOU!

Fantastic piece. Will the other, previous Mosaics end up being featured at some point or another too?

This is a story set just after the events of IDW's Transformers: Stormbringer.
Jon Stone, the writer, has Goldbug and Searchlight as member of a "secret service" of sorts who like to keep an eye on things. The agent of Earth is Bumblebee, and this is explored further in a larger comic centering around Wheeljack which will be finsihed soonish.

Thanks for the direction! I needed that. The characters I recognized, but the content I didn't.
So thanks for bringing me up to speed, it all seems intresting!

No problems, the majority of these Mosaics are designed to tie in to IDW's Trasnformers comics. I'll try a post a bit of info each time a new Mosaic is released.
Glad you enjoyed it, and stay tuned....

Glad to get some more 'fun' content here at Seibertron, and the fact that this comic ties into the IDW stuff is great!

Ooh, fun! I might just do that. I got You Can Draw Transformers (don't laugh!) and at the end you make your own comic strip. So I was throwing around some ideas. I tell you, my skills have improved dramatically!

Welcome to Seibertron!
Thank you, some of these story lines will be set within IDW's comics and just add little bits here and there to the overall story. And some are stand alone stories.

Jon Stone is working on a larger 5-6 page comic, outside of the Mosaic project which this ties into.
It'll be posted here once it's finished, so stay tuned.

A lot of these Mosaics are centred around the more obscure characters.

Now I know that I ask this every time, but can we have Overlord soon? Pretty please.

So far, and call me greedy or just very prolific, I've written something like 42 stories and got about 17 of them in some form of production or another. But I've got to stop, at least for now.
But I encourage everyone to come and submit something. This is a great project and it's something that'll have a little bit of all of us in. So don't hold back, get those creative juices pumping!!!!

Well technically this is the tenth piece to be shown here on Seibertron, but the first since our partnership
sweet!, cant wait till i finish mine lol keep ya optics out for Hotrod
Thanks, I look forward to seeing it.
I was wondering why there hadn't been a new one surface over in the creative forum yesterday. Nice to see you back to being Richter again too.
Now I know that I ask this every time, but can we have Overlord soon? Pretty please.
Yeah, we wanted to hold off until we had all worked out the best way to move forward in this new partnership.
Overlord's coming soon And from what I can tell, it'll be Ivan's best work yet, he previously drew "The Curse" and "The Wait".
I'm well into the Mosaic project!

You certainly can, though there's no gaurantee an artist will chose to draw it.
By all means send it over to me.

I think I'll do that later. I was considering drawing it myself, but alas, there's no way I could keep with the standads of the other art. I enjoy doodling, but it's never looked professional.
And if anyone's wondering, it was gonna be a Guiltor story, but I scrapped that idea cause it stunk, and I think I thought up a more concrete and better story yesterday for another character that fits in with IDW Continuity.
*edit* I just typed in "Guiltor" in the search box, and this came up:
The description mentioned Mosaic, please tell me it's true, and one's in production!!
*Edit #2* Well, I just E-Mailed my script. Hope you like it.

Yes, that piece is part of the Mosaic project. It should be released in a few weeks.
Got the script too, very nice.
