We are Getting an Official Transforming Ninja Turtles Party Wagon from Hasbro

The Party Wagon is one of my top most-wanted TF crossovers. I loved TMNT as a kid. And as an adult too, really.

After this becomes a smash hit they need to make a titan-class transforming Technodrome. Do it, cowards!

Technodrome when?

I'm kinda hoping its robot mode is like that gobot car carrier truck where the cab is the head :p would kinda like it if it was done gi joe crossover style and could fit at least reaction figures in it

A transforming titan-class Technodrome with a Krang android suit headmaster would be amazing.

We finally have a look at the TMNT/Transformers crossover figure and it turns out that it doesn't turn into any specific turtle, but into whichever one you want. The turtle van turns into a generic Ninja Turtle and then there are visor/bandana head accessories to make it either Donatello, Raphael, Leonardo or Michaelangelo. There are also the specific weapons for each of those turtles and the letter on the belt can be changed.

The toy itself is not that complex, as is the case with most of these crossover figures, and includes parts forming for the front of the van. But all weapons can be stored in either mode.

This will not be a retailer exclusive but will most likely only be found online in most parts of the world (including the US). So if you want this toy, you should order it online rather than waiting to see it in a store. Preorders should be up soon. The images come from a now taken down Amazon listing.

I'm curious how the belt changes. I didn't catch them mentioning any sort of belt gimmick, but the one in package has an R on the belt while the one out of package is blank. Perhaps stickers?

Part of me wants four of these, but at the same time I don't need four Party Wagons. I really hope a third party comes out with a Metalhead head replacement.

I thought the opposite. This being an online toy, and any one pack allows you to make any turtle, then it's just a question about having the money to buy it 4 times.

I'm glad you think the transformation looks fun, but sadly i don't share that optimism. To me it looks like this is going back to the really old and uninspired days of a shellformer.

I do have some quibbles about the deign. 4 fingers = someone didn't check their renders in time. It also looks to be on the small side (the Party Wagon is a largish vehicle). But the turtles themselves are short guys, so ... fine?

But, quibbles aside, COWABUNGA! Sign me up. A 3P weapons pack too, sure.

It was specifically pointed out in the stream. The set comes with 4 skullcaps / bandana sections to make any turtle.
It's assumed though not specifically called out, it also comes with 4 belt buckles with the initial for each turtle.

A very fun idea. I think I'll stick with one and mostly keep it as the regular turtle bot, but I like that it can become the four brothers.
