Rid is doing a great job with these cons, Bisk looks great. Ratchet looks really cool too but the prime one is already really good so I'm not sure if he is a buy yet. I'm really enjoying that everybody gets to play with everybody display.

btw is Ratchet still an Ambulance? coz there's not enough paint apps & no light bar in vehicle mode to suggest that he is

speaking of Ratchet....i wonder if he's gonna appear on the show :-? since we're getting this toy of him! it would be cool if he did....& still voiced by Jeffrey Combs :-D because i needed that ;)^

i'm loving the look of that Warrior Bisk, i may pick him up ;)

That doesn't bother me. The wind screen look does look cool. But I guess those scannable stickers are to blaim for that.

I suppose he gets a role like Jazz. He will join the Autobots for a few episodes and Fixit will be his little fan-boy like Sideswipe was for Jazz.

Warrior Bisk is incredibly cool. The TR line is getting my main autobot attention, and this line is getting my main con attention. they look so cool! Scorponok, Bisk, Thunderhoof, Quillfire, Crazybolt, they are all on the list to get. And with the way things are going, not to mention the hint at an "old friend" returning in the season 2 finale, I'm pretty certain Ratchet is coming back :MAXIMAL:

I didnt think of the scannable stickers. Though that cant be all of it since on smaller figures, it ends up in other places than the chest. Also, fewer have this type a chest than one may think. Case in point, here are a slew of decepticons that dont:

But for those that do, what I thought about the design was that the windshield chests gave the designs a sense of continuity to the Transformers brand as it goes in such a different direction with these beastly robot modes. The designs are out there (werewolves, giant lobsters ect) but that chest gives them the remnant of the fact that they are Cybertronian in origin, that they are Transformers. It grounds the design. I especially love it when it turns out to be a real chest rather than a fake piece. Hence why I love that Steeljaw mold.

Also, isnt it fun how the fact that fewer people care about these toys actually makes these botcon events more fun because no one spoils their reveal in advance?

Any idea when these are coming? I thought the weapon mini-cons were supposed to be out by now. Someone found a 4 pack at Wal-Mart with the cannon Slipstream.

I dont know. None of my local stores have even gotten that third wave of minicons yet, the one that comes before the weapons.

I think we will get the individually packed weapon minicons in the summer at the earliest

I'm still trying to find out if the RID Legion Class is officially dead now ?

They have in the past removed it only to reintroduce it as part of a Movie line - so if they are doing that I'd understand.

But there still is lots of Decepticons (in particular) I'd have liked to see in that scale.

RAR: there ares till some legion class coming out. Bisk and Groundpounder are supposed to be getting legion toys here soon.

And I agree about the minicons. I have only seen wave 1 and 2 and that first 4-pack. I really want to see wave 4 so I can get the individual Jetstorm and Ransack so (except for Airazor) I have the main 3 minicon teams (and I use Overloads team very loosely as main) :MAXIMAL:

I dont know why you are still wondering that since Hasbro has shown them at events with all the other classes.

Two European websites are giving us some new photos of upcoming Robots in Disguise toys. Unlike the recent trend of Hasbro official images being 3-d renders, these are images of the actual toys. Czech site Pompo.cz, shows us the Alpine Deco Sideswipe with Windstrike Mini-Con Weaponizer Battle Pack. Sideswipe has clear snap-on armor which can be attached to Windstrike, turning it into a big sword. A picture of Battlepack Strongarm was also found on that site. There are also new images of the weapon minicons Lord Doomitron and Slipstream from UK distributor Wind Designs.

Enjoy!
