Yes, the arms are mistransformed!
Also the dino head in bot mode is too - see the unpainted prototype for how it shoud be.

Why can't this be out now? 
The first figure from this line I'm getting WILL be, Grimlock, Swoop, and Soundwave, no questions asked.

Then your probably going to have to wait awhile longer to get Animated figures as to everyone else because I’m not sure if Grimlock is part of wave one.
