Not a bad looking alt mode.

I can see a butt load of "The Fallen" kitbashes getting a new sword when Grimlock is released. :P

Is it me or did they forget to paint two of the solid sections on the flaming sword? Looking pretty nice though.

The figure looks good, definitely one I intend to pick up from the animated line. Was there ever a colored one of him in robot mode? I only ever remember seeing a photo of him without color.
"What are you?" That's what the woman asked me. Am I some sort of ghost? I still move. I still breathe. I'm still alive.

I already have Classics Grimlock as the Grimlock in my collection, so here's hoping this badboy gets repainted as someone else, so I have an excuse to get him!

Of course, I have multiple Primes and Megatrons, surely I wouldn't be unjustified in getting a fifth Grimlock toy.

Holy crap, that thing is too, too sweet. I like the bits of molten rock on the sword.

I always thought those back pannels on The Fallen would have been better with this type of light piping.

I cant wait for these animated figures to hit stores. I am buying a new glass case soon just to put them all in. Grimlock looks like it jumped out of the cartoon and onto that table. Thats a great looking figure.

Oh my god. Me Potential buyer liiikkee. I think I pretty much need a animated dinobot, but I will reserve judgement till i see Swoop. He looks pretty awesome with his flail. Very Witch king.
Me Newtilator like Animated now!

These figures are looking very G1-ish (just exaggerated features of course).

Think I'll buy 2 of each, one for MIB and display.

wow. plain and simple, IMO this is the best grimlock toy ever... this particular design captures the animated feel, yet retains the bad-assery that is known as grimlock and his persona. this will be a must buy for me right off the bat, cause he makes me happy in my heart just to look at. :APPLAUSE:
