Hey, is this additional step in the leg transformation of Dragstrip common knowledge? I had no idea myself, but was made aware by someone commenting on my photo in another thread!

To get Dragstrip to sit at the same height in leg mode as the Aerialbots, the rear wing of the alt mode actually swings up to reveal another hole to plug the foot piece into! Here's a pic I took of the difference. I'm sure this wasnt in the instruction book lol!!

I, personally, was thrilled they had the
stupid cards
because since the comics are not in any other language than english, places with language laws could not get them. SO they would just give you nothig more than your toy. And thus, at least with the cards, I felt I was getting a little extra and no one was cheated of anything.
same here! its my comicy days as a child that also led to collecting cards as well. so i like cards

If it means anything, I've seen Arcee and Chromia, so at least those two are in our state.

Yeah, they can: http://tfwiki.net/wiki/File:Generationstoy-Breakdown.jpg

This is just some AoE Crosshairs stuff right here.

Awesome, thanks man!

These look a LOT better than wave 1.

I am actually excited about Menasor now, although i still think he is a bit too wide.

I hope Hasbro will give us the original members soon though, i don't dig Off-Road or Alpha Bravo.

I dont know if they are better, but they do seem to offer more variance between the characters. The aerialbots all suffer from being very similar transformers, but that was always the case.

i dont mind AB or OR at all. but im more accepting of OR because he at least is close in colors to the stunitcon he's replacing. the fact that he's a SUV instead of a car aint no thang. and in combined mode, i especially wont notice ;)

Yeah, for $16.99 each. Target has had them on sale for $12, and when every big box store has them by the end of the month, you can get it for the regular price of $15. For an $8 premium, I can wait.

Hell, by the time the "free" shipping gets my package here in about 6-8 days, they will be on the shelves.

No lie there, my order has been preparing to ship for a while.

The alt modes of the Deluxe Combiner Wars Aerialbots look pretty nice, especially the jets!

I wouldn't loose all hope. Since the Fan Built Combiner is coming out in 2016 it isn't unreasonable to assume we'll continue to get combiners past Hasbro's use of the Combiner Wars label. Now that Hasbro has established a new combining system and they've proven their popularity I wouldn't be surprised if we got at least one new set every year for a while.

How do we know that this new combiner system is popular? Are there any sales figures in yet and does Hasbro share that info? I would say we'd have to wait for the first quarter 2015 stock report for any info.

That would be really early, considering online stores only have pre-orders up.

Robot Kingdom had their pre-orders pushed back to February and BBTS has theirs listed for March.

The fact that the "in stocks" sold out over night on Amazon is a good indication.

I completely forgot about the fan made combiner. Unless next year they'll do combiner wars 2: This Time It's Personal. Won't the fan made toys stick out with whatever theme they plan to do?

Hot on the heels of the Hasbro Toy Shop announcement, UK retail store Argos released their new catalogue yesterday which includes some of the new range of Combiner Wars and Robots In Disguise figures.
This makes them the fourth UK retailer to offer the latest Transformers lines after Smyths Toys, Toys 'R' Us and Amazon UK.

Check the links below from their UK website for new listings of...

Combiner Wars Voyager figures @ £22.99 each.

Of course, being Argos, we have no idea if wave 2 will ever be added.

Well, since Generations Thrilling 30 lasted from 2013 to 2014, maybe Generations Combiner Wars could last from this year into next year as well. The fan combiner could possibly come in its final or second-to-final wave.

Hi, I am not sure if you know, but there is a specific review forum where people post their review videos. It's here and I recommend you put them there because that is the section fans will go to if they are looking for a specific review posted on this site. This is more of a thread to write about our opinions on news concerning the figures and what we make of it.
