At least the head on BB is different. I really hated his face in the first Canon BB release. Too bad they didn't change his hands too...something about them always felt awkward.

No interest in the 3 pack other maybe than the red Rampage can wait til it goes on clearance. Already have the Generations figures in my POL on BBTS for over a week now, works out to be the same with shipping and all from TRU.

Because it is a repaint of Battlefield Bumblebee, from an N.E.S.T. promotional two-pack.

I only have mild interest in the 3-pack, with Ravage and Rampage as my main focus. I need some closer looks on these two, especially comparison shots with previous releases (Sea Attack Ravage and the Japanese Desert Combat Rampage especially). But Bumblebee... *looks for a logical future spot*

Here's hoping that they don't suddenly sell out of Soundwave before payday tomorrow.

But still, I've driven over 300 miles in search of Rodimus and Ironhide, on the authority of the managers of 2 TRU only to find they lied. So I'm waiting until They get them in stock and then I'll finally buy me some Transformers!

I bet you would've been better off buying them off ebay than driving that far. Some TRU stores are hit or miss with their reliability and level of help to collectors. I think it depends on whether or not the staff are collectors of something themselves or are at least familiar with the product that you are inquiring about.

I told the mangers what I was looking for, how far I was going to drive and that they were for my brothers children. I lied about that but I play with the toys, I hardly collect anymore! I love Roddy. he was going to be BB Primes son.

But you're right about finding them elsewhere. I've looked everywhere but nothing was in my price range. I wasn't willing to spend over double for each guy plus shipping. Money's tight now, works winding down and I'm almost homeless.

So I cracked down and bought the Takara Roddy off of bigbadtoystores amazon page. Spent close to $40 but it's realistically going to be my last purchase for a while. I just hope he's not too maroon!

There seems to be a BumbleBee in every repaint pack I find interesting. Red Rampage and Rusty Ravage? BB. Desert Mini-Grindor? BB. Cow Thrust? BB.

If Rampage was a stand alone figure I would get it.I have way to many movie BB's think I'm up to 10 now,can't spare the room for another.

Thank God, now when I can actually afford to buy them, I don't have to wait 4 months for my stores to finally get them. For some reason my stores are so late in getting new figures like these.

Soundwave is cool, although I would prefer a G1 Soundwave without the samauri shoulders.

Red alert is AWESOME !!!

I got the last red Rampage at the club store at Botcon in Orlando. I was hoping to buy a 2nd because I wanted to leave one in the package when I saw how rare he was. no I will finally have a red Rampage for display purposes. But that yellow is not movie accurate. Plus I have a nice spot in my shoebox for the Bumblebee and Ravage repaints.

That's a good thing, because I've noticed majority of the characters that they introduce in the shows, they butcher...horribly. I am glad the Mighty Lord Straxus was only in the comics.

I'll likely pass on the 3-Pack. The Red Rampage isn't really enough for me to spend the money for three figures.

But the Generations figures are all buys for me. Except possibly Red Alert. I wish he didn't reuse Sideswipe's head sculpt, and I'm slightly concerned about mold degradation with him. But I'll more than likely get him along with the rest, just to complete my WFC set, my Lamborghini trio, and just to have a Straxus figure.

That's a pretty weak looking shot of Soundwave. He just looks weird to me.
His limbs look like they were put on as an afterthought and they don't flow with his bot mode. Gangley looking almost.
Darkmount looks great though!
I'm pretty much done with the mold used for RedAlert. I don't really want anymore of that one on my shelves. It's great but has lost it's steam for me.

The Rampage in the Ruins set is something i would like cause of the movie accurate Rampage and Ravage, the Bee can take a long walk off of a short pier. The WFC figures, look tacky to me so pass on them, Red Alert i have no need for since i have the Henkei version and Dark Mount im not too impressed with at all, so ill wait for his repaint: Skullgrin. Again, Hasbro, your saving me money, but i have to say that im putting what would be your money to 3rd party stuff, too bad you wont be getting majority of my money this year like you did last year.
