Seibertron.com member and Transtopian Altitron had the opportunity of being part of a custom H.O.S. Optimus Prime figure project. His part was to create the boxart for this amazing custom toy project.

It looks kick-a..! I saw on the site that presale has been discontinued for this item though. Any chance on this seeing a wider release? I'm sure a lot of seibertronians are going gahgah over this figure.

I loved the comic book and I love the concept art and the model. I can't wait for the mass produced version.

Narc,

Griffith76 ceased pre-orders because he negotiated a deal with a company that wanted to buy his design, molds, and figure to mass produce it themselves. So chances are that you'll be able to buy this figure sometime in the near future, albeit through a different company. Eric explains it much better in his blog (that Dead Metal was kind enough to link), if you care to read anymore about it.

And Blozor, the custom figure that Eric created with his own two hands, completely from scratch, isn't exactly what I'd call a 'knock off'.

Oh, and thanks for the news article, Dead Metal.

Sorry /I/ haven't been around. I just became a father over the weekend.
