IGN.com Updates With New Info on Nintendo DS Titles

IGN has a small article about the Autobot and Decepticon Nintendo DS titles. According to a source close to IGN, the two games will be seperate entities and will not share the same game environments much the way Pokemon games are set up. Even though they will be separate games, you will still be able to connect wirelessly with one another. To read the article, click here.

More Bots. More News. More Awesome.

I play mine all the time. I have a very boring and dull job, so I play Mario Kart DS and Final Fantasy III a lot.

You DO know that the only variations between versions of Pokemon games is the types of Pokemon you can catch. Other than that the enviroments are usually identical....same towns, same gym battles, same bad guys.....

Clever ploy, make 2 games, make twice the money (if the film doesn't flop)
On the other hand DS games cost about the same as PS2 and Wii games here in Australia, so for the same price, you'll get both campaigns on the consoles, yet only 1 on the DS. Not alot of value for money.

I really hope there is a Wii game. I would love to stand in my living room and smack the hell out Decepticons.

Man, if drinking was the culprit then I could take the slings and arrows, but I wasn't even getting my drink on last night. I honestly think I was "sleep posting"

Dang! by the end of summer vacation, my wallet will be empty! I've never seen Transformers products (nevermind games) popping up all of a sudden. Heh. Gotta thank the new movie for this one again... The new movie better be good either way! ;)

I wonder if these two will be different enough to warrent buying them both.

I'm guessing we might just see something like what was done with The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages.
