According to various sources and rumors, it appeared that the Hasbro PVC
figures (Heroes of Cybertrons) have made their way into some stores. While we
await confirmation, you can find some on auction on
eBay.

RUMORS: According to
Tim Formas of
transfandom.com, "RocketBase of the AllSpark reports that Takara has announced Act 8 of the SCF PVC line. Act 8 will consist of Dai Atlus, Star Convoy, Jazz, Alpha Trion, Cerebros, and Cylonus. The 6-piece figure will be Scorponok. The small chases are unknown. The Mega SCF line will also see Hot Rod and Rodimus Prime in the future. Release date for all items is unknown. PRODUCTS: Possibly the strangest news to hit the fandom in the past couple of months, but it seems that Xybot has stumbled onto what might possibly be Transformers PVC figures from Hasbro! The rep(s) Xybot spoke to at Hasbro mentioned finding in their system "2 inch" listings of Arcee, Megatron, Optimus Prime (APEX - Convoy?), Optimus Prime (FIRESTORM - God Ginrai?), Starscream, Thundercracker, Skywarp, and a medic (Ratchet?)! The Hasbro representative told Xybot that these figures will retail around $5.00 (US) and will be available at Toys R Us, Target, Kay Bee, & WalMart! Thylacine2000 also called the Hasbro hotline # to verify this awesome news and found out that the figures have already shipped as of this past January! Read the original thread
