Ian Bryce, the line-producer for the recently green lighted Transformers movie, has revealed a few more details in ragards to the movie on the board of Don Murphy! The following quotes from Bryce can be found here, here and here.

Scott Farrar is the ILM vfx supe
There are two Jeff Mann's....one is a production designer and one is an ILM exec who used to be a model supervisor there..."
