Seibertron.com continues our coverage of the Transformers Cyberworld line with new galleries from the second wave of Cyber Changers. Following up on the Wave 1 Cyber Changers we shared recently, Wave 2 adds four more characters to the lineup: Bumblebee, Elita-1, Wheeljack, and Starscream.
Like Wave 1, these four-inch figures feature shoulder, hip, and knee articulation along with quick-change transformations. Each one is also tied to one of Cyberworld’s four environments:
- Bumblebee (Desert) transforms into an offroad car in two steps.
- Elita-1 (Ocean) converts into a futuristic speedboat in three steps, with 5 mm connection points for added play options. Her design draws inspiration from the IDW character Riptide.
- Wheeljack (City) changes from robot to race car in two steps, keeping with the simple conversion style of the assortment.
- Starscream (City) turns into a Cybertronic fighter jet in four steps, featuring ball-jointed shoulders and hips for extra posing.
These are the latest additions to Cyberworld, a line built around a consistent 4-inch scale and cross-compatibility across all price points. Work on photographing the first three waves has been ongoing since late July, and many more galleries are still to come. As with all Transformers toys, we present these figures as they are and invite fans to share their thoughts about the line in our Energon Pub forums.
