I'm not a collector of BT/Alts but this one I just may get. He looks VERY cool, and much better than the BT version.

Besides for not including the loli figure, tribarreled weapon and diecast, will this figure be different than the BT version? In terms of paint apps, perchance?

The Takara version didn't have die-cast. This one has a completely different deco in vehicle mode too. Not sure if they changed the head or not.

Any word on how we'll be able to get one of these yet? I know a lot of people were thinking of an SDCC exclusive, but nothing has been confirmed to my knowledge.

This isn't an exclusive because the exclusive for the SDCC already has been shown which is a Titanium Rodimus Prime repaint into Menasor.

That doesn't mean much. Last year Hasbro had several exclusives at their booth, and with the success they had with Nemesis Prime I wouldn't put it past them to do again.

I agree. the flames and Autobot logo on the hood suit him better han two lame white racing stripes.
I am sooo getting this one.
It will be my first Alternator/Binaltech, so we will see what all the hype is finally about...even though I am kind of late to the party.
