Green drum eh....

Is that a new visor for the previously seen head, or a completely new headsculpt?? Damn blurry teasers!!!

On topic: Although a purple barrel would look great in Devi mode, I can see how dumb it would look in in vechicle mode. Kind of like green or purple threads on Scavenger or Bonecrusher. I guess they were shooting for realistic looking construction vechicles while maintaining G1 characteristics. As far as the new head, it looks like a clip on visor, but I could be wrong. Im sure some company will come out with a G1 head and maybe G1 accurate weapons for this set. Im sure the demand would be great.

Off topic: I swear, only in the TF collecting world do people blur their advertisments to create teasers. I wonder if Chevy or Ford could get away with that type of nonsense in their advertisments ? And from the comments above mine, it looks like Im not the only one who does not respect this tactic.

I'm assuming it's blurred because it looks like Mad Blender and Neck Breaker are molded in final colour plastic but may not yet be fully painted (for example, MB's truck windows appear unpainted; the two black spots visible in the full body shots are too high up to be the windows).

I don't know that there's any differences to the head, I think that's just blurring. It would be strange if there are at this point, since the head is part of Dr. Crunk Crank, who has already begun shipping (I hope to have mine this week).

Hercules' head is only attached by a ball joint, isn't it? I'm sure it could be easily swapped for a new head sculpt if they were providing one. But I'll agree that it's probably just clip-on sunglasses.

I personally wouldn't have minded a purple drum on Blender. In fact, I think I would've preferred it. I don't think it would have looked too weird as most cement mixing trucks have drums that are coloured differently to the rest of the bodywork. Plus it would mean we wouldn't have eight bright green weapons.

I know Neckbreaker can't be seen clearly (even if it wasn't for the pointless blur), but looking at him I wouldn't be surprised if he had some paint apps on him too.

Yeah, some contrast there would be nice. Maybe they'll include both purple and green drum parts?

He very well could, it's just pretty obvious that Mad Blender's windows are unpainted.

It's a tough decision. I'm going to have trouble not getting them both because both Hercules and Giant look excellent, though that's a LOT of scratch. I'm already committed to the Hercster in any case; should be getting Structor and Dr. Crunk Crank this week; with Heavy Labor and Exgraver sitting in a pile of loot.
