Given the price, I'm assuming Metroplex is the new Titan class figure. If so, it'll be interesting to see what makes this version so different.
As for the two Cybertron Con exclusives, I'm going to throw out a repaint of a Cyberverse playset for Shockwave's lab and a special edition of the "Ultimate" Optimus Prime.
Truthfully, nothing on this list strikes me as essential.

Platinum Magnus is probably the same one we're getting
Grimlock vs Bruticus is probably the FOC figs
"Classic Predaking" is probably a G1 rerelease
RID Magnus might be either of the RID Magnuses we've had.
Supreme Starscream is that ginormous Cybertron one
Metroplex is new Metroplex
Shockwave's Lab I don't know.
BH Optimus Prime is probably that big one.

Looking back at our Toy Fair 2013 coverage, the Grimlock vs Bruticus was mentioned there with Grimlock having vac-metalized plating. Which brings into question the whole Asia-exclusive nature of this list.

I have the feeling Shockwave´s lab isn´t a playset but a multipack, probably him with the terrorcons and a cardboard.

Am I reading the pricing right? 549.390 for Classic Predaking? 349.90 for Starscream? Looks like I may only get Starscream after some saving up for a while, if I'm reading that right...

Did you run them through a currency converter? IIRC 549.9 = +/- $180 USD
Or have you already done that?
