Pretty boring TV spot, nothing really of interest to me...

Saw this too. I just got home and was seeing what was on TV and there it was. Evrey Trailer shows a little more. Maybe in the next one we'll see Brawl and a Barricade transformation.

They better be getting the voice-work done and the soundtrack cause they arent but 6 or 7 weeks until this gets released. Not unless that is what they are working on now. David Kieth as barricade is awesome enjoyed in them Steven Seagal Movies liked Mark for Death and the Spawn Animated Series. If that is Starscream's voice from the sector 7 clip that will be friggin sweet. Hugh as Megatron loved him as agent smith a kick ass bad guy hated him in the LOTR trilogy he sucked as a elf. Why are they keeping the soundtrack so quiet I only no 2 songs in it now Liknin Park and Go Go Dolls if they sing like in the Twister soundtrack then it should be good I hope it is somewhat like Long way down. Lastly I hope that they are not to much romance crap in this movie and I hope we get to see some flashbacks of the war. Be cool at the end of the credits we get a glimpse of Unicron heading towards earth or cybertron or the start on autobot city.

I doubt we'll ever see an Autobot City in this continuum...it makes no sense in this story line as they seem to want to remain "in disguise" as much as possible (the Autobots anyways). I can really see a three-way conflict eventually evolving into a two-way; perhaps the Decepts trick the government or offer advanced tech in exchange for help against the Autobots then backstab the government. The potential for conspiracy in this storyline is significant: private enterprise, evil scientists, power-hungry terrorists, etc., all getting involved for a piece of the tech/profit potential.

Spiderman 3: $184 million opening weekend
Shrek 3: $122 million opening weekend
Transformers: I'd wager they top $200 million the first weekend...this just appeals to WAY to many people.

I got a good chuckle out of my old fart of a dad remembering that from when my brother used to watch the old G1 show.

My sister asked me the same thing when we both saw it. And I replied the same way.

Oh yeah, and they still say "july 4th everywhere". So whens the actual freaking release date?! 4th of july, or 28th?!?!

since i've heard rumors that the bots really don't start appearing until halfway through the movie, and we haven't seen a lot of the bots transform...i'm thinking there's only a few scenes of each bot in full robot mode. and we've seen the same stuff over and over...man hopefully this is the only completed stuff and the really cool shots are being saved.
