On a bright note, Variety brings us news in one of their articles that one of the top Marketing Directors at Paramount, LeeAnne Stables has been promoted to Executive Vice President of worldwide marketing partnerships. Stables was instrumental in landing post-movie commercial deals with Burger King, Mountain Dew and General Motors for the Blockbuster Transformers movie of last year as well as setting up partnerships for promoting the movie foreign countries. LeeAnne Stables will continue with her work and is currently in negotiations with potential partners to promote upcoming movies including Transformers 2 in 2009.
