Depending on whether you interpret the dot in the middle as another cyclopian eye, or a nose with tiny evil eyes behind it, he's either joined Zeon or the Insane Clown Posse.

It looks interesting, but can it compare to Lugnut? I don't know, but I'll probably just get one of the mold, so I'd like to see how the colours on this guy look first.

I'm just curious what color they will make him.

If Lugnut has joined the ICP, does that mean Hasbro will release the toy in numerous paint schemes, each with one song different in an attempt to get you to buy them all?

As far as this repaint/retool goes, I hope I'm wrong in that it's not OS.

The mold would work better with Omega Supreme than Shockwave, in my opinion. If it is Shockwave, I'll be highly disappointed, considering the quality of Genereations/RTS so far. Omega Supreme may be better, but the mold still doesn't suit him.

Longarm Prime, anyone?

(I just realised how stupid that sounds, especially since Longarm turns into a crane, not a plane!!!)

I like the retooled head, but I just can't see the head (and the mold itself) fitting any established character. Definitely not Shockwave (although I'm content with Energon Shockblast for now), and I'd rather have a Supreme Class Omega Supreme. I'd even take a redeco/slight retool of the Energon Omega Supreme mold.

I'll still likely get Lugnut regardless of who this guy is. I just hope the retool doesn't make me want another version of the mold.

as has been posted before, i really hope its not shockwave. it looks kinda like strika? blackout? i dont really like the new head all that much, maybe paint will change my mind

I think it's omega and I think the dot in the middle is just a wide nose at a bad angle.

Give them time. Axor and Skullgrin have both been released and they've had heads revealed by Lockdown and Darkmount's instructions.

Omega Supreme (Omega Deluxe?) was my first thought looking at that head.

I honestly cannot tell who he's supposed to be! I guess we just have to wait and see.

I was thinking more DOM Trooper myself. If it is to be a pre-established character, I'm think Shockwave more than Omega. I know it's part of the RTS line, but I see him as more of a Generations/Classics 3.0 figure like Jazz, and I can't think of a Classics figure that has been reMOLDED as a member of the opposite faction.

Depending on the paint scheme, I may get this version and call him Lugnut.

I'll say that it's Omega Supreme as well. Looks like it could be, and I don't think that we'll get another supreme class toy again for a while, other than the Primus repaint I mean.

Seeing as the head looks nothing like Shockwave's aside from a dot in the middle that may or may not be an eye, I doubt that we'd have to worry about this being Shockwave (I would be quite disappointed if this were, however). The head doesn't look very familiar to me, so I can't think who it could be.

I would like to see Broadside get an original mold where he's still an aircraft carrier/jet. Then he could be repainted into Flattop.

Given the overall visual aesthetic of the figure, I think Strika might be a good possibility. I kind of really hope it's not Omega Supreme. I'd like to see him as a leader class original mold that's closer to the original figure.

I have no idea who this could be. My guess would be a new original character. I imagine I only buy Lugnutz though.

it does look like the old snake dosnt it, and given that he was a special guest star on the G1 cartoon i dont see why not to give him a figure. the plane mode vaguely resembles a Cobra "Rattlor" so a blue repaint with a Cobra Commander head would be a really cool thing to see (crosses fingers for Cobra logo rubsign)

I'll gamble that it's Treadshot! So what if he was a gun (who never transformed due to being an actionmaster)! The face matches somewhat.

i hate to say my thought on who it is, cause if I'm right I'll smack myself before ANY of you get a chance to,...but I'll say Blitzwing....the helmet just looks like a German helmet a bit to me.

What are the chances that it could be Whirl. He's not quite as famous as Shockwave, but he's got the whole mono eye thing going as well.

I have to admit I'm getting the Megatron vibe from that head.

I wouldn't mind Treadshot though I always thought a repaint of Classics Jetfire or a head remold on Classics Megatron would be good for him.

I thought Omega Supreme when I saw it, and just had to have a go at what it would look like. this is just a quick layout idea, not a "check out my artwork" thing. the hues on the drawing are closer to what I was thinking than the jet mode shoop, but maybe a "tan/gray digital desert camo" paint scheme would reconcile the color sectioning?
