Shia LaBeouf Hurt On Set While Filming Transformers: ROTF

It should really come as no surprise, what with director Michael Bay's love for explosions, dangerous stunts, and action in his movies, TMZ is reporting that lead Transformers Revenge of the Fallen actor Shia LaBeouf was injured while filming on set.

According to the source, Shia suffered a cut over his eye that required stitches, which delayed filming for a bit.

Shia's rep is currently stating, "No comment," to the curious.

Yesh, a cut in the eye, that ain't good. Say what you will about Shia and his perosnal life, and talent, but you got to give him some credit going with these crazy set peices by Bay and co.

I am, however, having flashbacks to when The Passion Of The Christ was filmed.
Seems to me that a few people got hit by lightning when that was filmed.

Well, the dude was on a giant wooden cross on a large hill during bad weather.

Thats like wearing tinfoil, having your feet in a metal bucket of water, while in both hands holding up lightning rods during the middle of a thunderstorm then asking "gee why did I get hit by lightning?" after it happens.

Anywho, Shia can take a licking and keep on ticking. Lets just hope they put that cut to good use. No need for makeup now.

It's a cut "over" his eye, not a cut in his eye. So he probably got a gash in his forehead.

Couple stitches and some makeup to cover it, no biggie.

Pshaw! A cut over his eye thqat required stitches..LOL I work with professional hockey players. We'd just put duct tape over it and get em back on the ice. Ya hoser!

Oh my god a cut over the eye that needed to be stitched up. Not a big deal. How many actors over the years have gotten cut up on a shoot? Never heard any thing about those incidents except on the DVD extras.

Ouch! The Beef hasn't had very good luck with this film. If they make a TF3, Shia will probably get killed.

When I read the thread title

Shia LaBeouf Hurt On Set While Filming Transformers: ROTF I read the ROTF to mean Roll On The Floor laughing which I though was a bit mean.
