For Devastator Tonka Deco I agree. I was also about to agree for the Street Fighter toys as well, but it seems Hasbro being able to offer these directly has kept cost down somewhat. Still in light of these being based on toys from 4 years ago, with the tools already made, but cost of materials going up, I guess it's an even trade.
Lastly, depending truly if these are leftovers, or newly made toys, the originals went on sale before leaving most online retailers. Unless Hasbro's quantities are extremally in short supply there is a good chance these will go on sale as well. I just dont see Street Fighter as a hot IP right now.

Since they're calling it Street Fighter II and not trying to keep up with the hype and calling it Street Fighter VI it'll probably just be the same box with a slip cover/outer box, Hasbro loves those.
The $30 mark up on Tonkanator over the $75 price that the reissue from 2019 is a blatant cash grab on Hasbro's part. There's no way it costs that much more to produce in three years, especially when they own Tonka so there's no gratuitous license fees involved this time.
Shame it looks like the Tonka logo is tampographed on rather than a sticker, they really didn't want people using this as G2 Devastator. I kinda like the use of black instead of purple, though there are G2 KOs that do the same thing.
