the eyes seem red. if it's not the ferrari, them i'm guessing we're getting Bludgeon.

I have only 3 red cars in my head(Ferrari,Rollbar,Nascar). I think,It's one of Nascar,because his eye look like Red.I think,It's a Decepticons

And I would also have said Black Zarak also.

I really think this is Rodimus/Hot rod if you look at the "horns" on his head it looks quite a lot like animated Rodimus Minor 
Plus he was a red sports car, there's a red ferrari, seems too much of a coincidence to me.
There are so many characters in the next film; i hope they get some sort of development unlike the poor Arcee triplets (rip girls!
) but to be honest from what we know so far i'm really psyched about this movie!!!

Now that you mention it, yep. And since we know that, dissapointingly, the red Nascar is an Autobot, this means there might be a new red Decepticon. Why all the red vehicles, Bay? I thought it didn't show up good?

hmmmmm.............. if you look in the background you'll see that the robot is almost as tall as the traffic light thing. So.... Im guessing it either turns into a larger car or a larger vehicle rather than a sports car, which rules out the red Ferrari... maybe... And i can see that it has red eyes so im guessing its a decepticon, possibly one that we haven't seen images of yet.

It's the Predator mixed with Red Skull! 
Anyway, to me the eyes are too blurry to define what colour they are...Maybe it's the red of the head that's making them seem red, but I think I can see a hint of blue, but like I say; our of focus.
It probably is one of the red vehicles (Ferrari, Wrecker and Rollbar), so it'll most likely be an Autobot; my money's on Rollbar, the Jeep! (The head looks sleek but aggresive and has black parts; just like the Jeep!)
And if they are red eyes, we've had a blue-eyed Decepticon (Frenzy) so why not vise versa (not counting Jetfire and Wheelie)?
Then again, I could be wrong...!

Looks like Hot Rod/Rodimus, who is probably that Ferrari
Now all We Need is Ultra Magnus And this movie is perfect
BTW, If the Ferrari is Rodimus, Then Optimus Got his flames, and Rodimus will be solid red like Optimus G1 cab

Cliffjumper is a repaint of Bumblebee in red. Even in the movie-verse.
