I have always been under the impression that all retail does a 100% markup.

That's the funny thing: they actually could sue! Theoretically speaking of course That's a whole different debate though, and one that should not matter because, personally, I don't see Hasbro doing that at all.

Funny thing, I couldnt believe the guy let me take those pics. When I had them, I just had the Jack Nicholson quote from Batman in my head:

If you Break it down like that it makes perfect sense. I don't have a problem with the size if 5 or six voyagers were to form Devastator. He would not quite be as tall as Metroplex.
