Transtopia Masterclass - War For Cybertron Ultra Magnus

We usually like to spice up the variety here in Transtopia, but War For Cybertron is on our minds. Customizer blacklion29 has turned the solid Cybertronian Optimus Prime toy into another masterpiece. You may remember his WFC Nemesis Prime from before, and now he's decided to work his magic on the character of Ultra Magnus. No, not just one figure, but we get a look at two different versions of the stalwart Autobot soldier. The first is what we generally see Ultra Magnus as - powered up in his Commander armor. The second is what we've seen Ultra Magnus as in the past few years, a white and blue repaint of Optimus Prime. Feel free to check out each version below!

You'll find more pictures in our Transtopia forums! War For Cybertron Ultra Magnus did not appear in the console versions of War For Cybertron (barring his possible release in DLC), but is present in the Nintendo DS version. You can see what he looks like here.

i like magnus but his head is ok looking i can kinda deal with sungalsses for his eyes but his chin area doesnt look to good to me looks hes plan playing football with chinstracp over his chin both look good thanks for sharing

I agree. All 3 of Blacklion29's repaints of WFC Prime are EPIC.

i'm kinda disappointed w/ the "armored" version's alt mode. i wish it had a trailer. might as well leave to the third parties i guess.

Naturally, I like the Commander Armor version of Ultra Magnus more than the straight repaint. If Hasbro magically produces one amazingly like this one, I'd buy it. :lol:

These look amazing. Both are excellent figures, but the white repaint of Cybertron Prime is gorgeous.

Wow...just...wow. hese looks good enough to be BotCon exclusives (coincidentially, before I read this, I was thinking of a white repaint of WFC Prime as Ultra Magnus for BotCon. Nice to see how it would've turned out!)

Oh wow, this is absolutely brilliant work. I love the armored UM version but the white "naked" UM custom is great looking too. The use of Super Link/Energon Onslaught/Barricade for the head for the armored UM is very cool. This paint job makes an already great looking figure even better.
