We have an update for you all on the Hasbro Transformers Titans Return Arcee set, which also includes Titan Masters Leinad / Daniel and Ultra Magnus, after reports of orders being cancelled as seen here.

A few fans (who reached out to us via our Facebook page and staff email) contacted Toys'R'Us and learnt that the issue was with the preorder window being longer than 30 days which exceeds the limit some banks, PayPal and some credit cards may have when holding money for an order.

For further questions and clarity regarding your particular order, it is best you contact the number given in the e-mail. Arcee is still available for pre-ordering at the time of writing, so anyone with a cancelled order can simply reorder her, maybe even taking advantage of the 3 for 2 discount. Happy hunting!

I did not see it in the sightings section..anyone know the exact location of the store? I live in the area, and there are tons of Walgreens.

Since they are asking for photos so they can news it, I'm guessing the initial report/sighting likely came from another site and not a seibertron.com user.

For those still looking for Slugslinger, Amazon.com has him for $24.75 and Prime Shipping at the moment. Not too bad of a price if you're tired of looking in stores.

I'm not sure if its the same story or not, but I did read an article on another site that stated it was found in San Francisco rather than Sacramento (as you can see in my sig, I'm familiar with both areas, but they are 100 miles apart)

I'm working from home, but if I go out for lunch, I can probably hit 3 Walgreens in the span of about 15 minuets. It's odd though, the listing was removed from their website.

I'm really hating that the tail end deluxes from both TLK and TR are so expensive online. And I do not want to buy the wave cases since I have the other figures already or I don't want them, and I will not sell them.

Well I went to my closest 3 Walgreens and 3 strikes, I'm out. just as a word of advice...If anyone is going to go to a Walgreens looking for the clones, most WG are putting out Holiday decorations, and excess toys on overheads and end caps for several aisles, so it can be a little frustrating. Of course if WG inventory system could differentiate between different types of toys this would all be a lot easier but... :BANG_HEAD:

Well it's 11/7. I got an e-mai this morning stating that the Arcee's I re-ordered are not shipping today and there's been a delay (surprise surprise...). But this time, I did notice that at the bottom they did have a sentence that sates if the order is not satisfied within 30 days, it will be cancelled and my card will not be charged.

The thing that sucks though...Is because they use a goofy algorithm for the "free" toy. So that if you ordered 3 items (buy 2 get the 3rd free), they just shipped my *free* one, but charged me 66% of the cost of that one toy. So basically, If the Arcee's don't arrive and ship by 12/08, instead of a free toy, I get a toy I never really wanted for 33% off its retail price. ...I really hope they ship in the next month. :BANG_HEAD:

Why don't they just wait and ship everything together, or nothing a all.

That's unfortunate. I haven't received an email and my status on my account is "in-process". Fingers crossed.

^ Yup that's the exact e-mail I got. Coincidentally, Arcee is no longer available for pre-order (well you can click on it, but when it gets to the actual order page you cant).

I just hope the Arcee's come soon. Otherwise I guess I'm going to have to ship back a toy I don't want, which I am not willing to do at my expense, unless they decide to let me keep it, and refund me my $12.68. I mean it was supposed to be a "Free" item after I bought 2 of something else. I did not ask them to ship it, and charge 1/3 of the total amount. Not my fault they cant fulfill the other 2.

ok, the next chapter of the TRU/TR Arcee Saga. I just got another e-mail from TRU confirming the items shipped. So now I have a FedEx tracking number..yay!.

I'm still not sure why they just didn't ship all 3 items I ordered together, it would have been less expensive on their end, unless the TR Arcee is coming from a different distribution center than the others...But I guess I shold just be fortunate I'm getting it at all.

I just hope everyone whos orders were previously cancelled, and that were able to re-order in the past 24-48 hours were fulfilled as mine were.

Scratch that, in the three minutes since checking my email, checking my TRU.com account and typing that previous message I refreshed the page and it changed from "in process" to "backordered" and I received two emails:

We have received your order # XXXXXXXXXXX. However, there has been an unexpected delay in the shipment of the following item(s):

Item: 26636384
Description: Transformers Titans Return Arcee Pack
Quantity: 2 @ $16.66
Shipped Method: Economy Shipping

And the second email was to confirm Broadside was being prepared to ship. It's not even the apologetic email that you two got so the chances of them actually fulfilling mine seems less likely. Wonderful. :roll:

If it wasn't for their stupid 30 day cancellation policy none of this would have happened in the first place. :BANG_HEAD:

My Titans Return Arcee order timeline.

1. Ordered on October 5.

2. Received notice of delay on October 5.

3. Received a cancellation notice on November 5.

4. Reordered on November 5.

5. Received notice of delay on November 7.

6. Received confirmation of shipment on November 7. :DANCE:

If at first you don't succeed, order, order again.
