News Staffer "i_amtrunks" was the one who did this. TFormers is friends with Ryan your owner, at least he pretends to be. He has agreed with me that you guys would not do this. Since his own staff is OWNing him, and he cannot stop you, from now on a complaint like this will be filed with your ISP when images with TFormers watermarks a reposted without permission. It is your choice to cause problems for Ryan and who we consider our friends. We will not repost your images without permission and never have, all we ask is the same respect in return.

I have made 2 requests in the last 24 hours to have them taken down but so far there has been no response or compliance. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have had this problem with seibertron.com. We have been told it won't happen again but it does. We are aware this is a violation of your hosting Terms Of Service and we ask that you enforce your rules or we will implicate you as well for facilitating of this illegal activity.

All we want is the images taken down and for them to stop doing this. If its not taken care of soon we may seek legal or other actions to uphold our rights afforded to us by the laws of the USA. Wheel-jack, I understand your issue and I agree, regardless of a set agreement or not, we should ask permission for the photo. But I-AMTRUNKS at no time said that the photo was an original, and credited your website with the information received.

It's my belief that he did not do it to intentionally upset you or anyone at TFORMERS.COM.

I would recommend contacting Ryan directly and informing him of the situation so he can send out a memo to his crew regarding use of information from other websites.

Jon, while I find your remarks funny as hell, this is a serious situation. I love SEIBERTRON.COM. I'd hate for anything to happen to it legally cause of some honest mistake. If there is an agreement, which I believe there probably is (why does he have to lie about it), then we have to honor that.

I contacted your staff and Ryan by email both yesterday and today. After this happening so many time I don't believe its an honest mistake. From now on we'll file with the ISP first and ask questions later. That way the ISP sees this is a chronic problem. The way to keep that from happening is to NOT repost our stuff without permission. Seriously, we're an incorporated company. Ryan is a private person. If the hammer comes down its going to be his personal property on the line. Is that what you want? Why do you want to trash on Ryan?

The crew that runs this site is substantial. I'm not using that as an excuse but it is possible that not all were aware of the agreement or even realized that one would be needed. I'm trying to contact Ryan and any other moderator that may be able to help the situation.

TFormers guys ... chill out. You haven't had a problem with us since Valentine's Day weekend last February. Quit trying to make this sound like this happens regularly. Pics removed.

Jack, as I've said before ... if you have a problem with something that's happened on this site, CALL ME. You have my phone number. You know damn well that I would take care of it immediately if you call me. God forbid I have a life and don't check every one of my emails every moment of the day.

Chill out. Relax. Life is a lot more enjoyable that way.
