Via the official site for the DLE Channel aired series of Takara Tomy's Q Transformers, we have a report of the second season of the apparently hilarious, insightful and overall well done shorts coming to DVD and Blu-Ray by December this year! You can find out more information on the site, but it seems that the set will come with added artwork, some behind the scenes and retailer exclusives paper prototype figures for Optimus, Lockdown and Bumblebee. It's been nearly a decade since the two-season Q-Transformers cartoon ended, but it's finally happened after all these years that the entire series has been subtitled in English by Karyuudo Fansubs.

Hi Karyuudo Fans!

Happy New Year to all! To start things off, we'd like to share a little project that we've been working on for the past few months, Q-Transformers: Mystery of Convoy Returns and Q-Transformers: The Road To Further Popularity. This web series began airing back in January of 2015, and showcased "chibi" versions of Optimus, Bumblebee, Lockdown and other Transformers. The show contains a lot of banter and pokes a lot of fun at various topics such as the infamous Crappy Transformers Famicom game, "Mystery of Convoy" to pointing out the obvious problems / errors with the original series, as well as highlighting certain Japanese heavy cultural references which made their way into the dubs.

We also subtitled the Promotional videos which came as extras with the Blu Ray discs. These videos introduce many of the voice talents behind the characters and how the production team incorporated things such as Yoshimasa Hosoya's sweating into Optimus Prime's character to where they got their inspiration from to create new voices for classic characters.

We really hope everyone enjoys this short series as it has its charm and quite a few funny moments throughout.
