They probably got fed-up with all the prissy MISB collectors who couldnt tolerate a slight dent in the packaging. So they punished everyone.

However, if the grief is legitimate, like missassembly or missing parts, then, there's shouldnt be any problem. Especially when paying with Paypal. Paypal cover your ass. They even have a new policy that cover your return costs!

So, go ahead, and buy with confidence!

Those notes have always been there ever since Encore 20. I sent an inquiry concerning reports that Encore 20 Mixmaster had no head. I got a feedback that they would not consider replacing one because of such an issue. A few orders later, they started including that print out with the chibi character.

I'm starting to regret pre ordering Road Rage from Amiami now...

Why? Amiami's services and prices are tops! If you fear damage from delivery, if it's a superficial box dent, they won't replace her that's for sure. But if the damage is justifiable, then try reasoning with customer service. Also, send a pic to back up your claims.

Two arm assembly ......I don't think they'll replace those. As I previously mentioned, having an Encore set with a headless Mixmaster........it won't fit the requirement of a replacement. Plus the cost of shipping will be on you (so if you live overseas like the USA....the shipping will kill you).

Sadly, that scratches Amiami off my list again. I mean, you really can't fix a missing head or 2 left arms by yourself. Even if you had a 3d printer, you'll still need a scanner to get a precise model of the arm, and then mirror that in a 3D software, and then clean up the inevitable mess that 3D scans usually make, before you can print out a replacement.

Calling a spade a spade. Now back to the program. I'm a wee bet getting confused with TTs diverging of their toyline. Some figs from TAV like Adams should have been for the Legends line. Either that or is this line getting another re-classification?

Kind of hard getting to track 'em in TAV then Legends.......

Now that you mention it, it does seem strange. As I understand it, Legends was supposed to be the new United line in Japan, and the TAV/TED lines were supposed for be Japan's equivalent of the RID toy line.

Logically, Adams and the Insecticons should belong in the Legends line.

At least the pairing made some sense. So would Bombshell and Shrapnel (with or without Reflector), and maybe Adams and Powerglide, but who else?

Hisashi Yuki said that Legends would start to diverge and go in different directions than Hasbro's Generations. So we're starting to see it with these.

In regards to Generations Legend sized figures in Adventure, I think that's more of the divergence we're seeing. Plus TakaraTomy might feel these figures would be better suited for Adventure (either because they're smaller, or to help pad out the line, or perhaps they feel they'd sell better marketed to the younger crowd in addition to those who want them for nostalgia purposes).
