Well, I had to live with it. Beside, it wasnt that expensive. So, how is it?

Seriously. This thing is very fun and cute! Look at the bot beside TAV Bee:


Sure, it's a brick and it can only partform. But at least, it partfom into the individual vehicles and that make it all worthwhile: (Still compared to Bee)


Maybe I'll buy more to have sme example of the other Megazords that have appeared through the series. In a cheap and compact way. Yes, I was pleasantly surprized.

If your stores are running out of Megazords in stock, he should appear soon enough. He's worth it, even if you don't have the Para and Raptor Zord. In fact, the second Gigant Formation, accommodates just that, but you'd be left with a regular Megazord with just new shoes, chest plate and helmet

The reason it's cheap is because it's the Korean edition, not the Japanese one.

South Korea also gets Super Sentai/Power Rangers, dubbed in Korean. The toys are always imported from Sentai, but the show came from Power Rangers up to Wild Force, then they dubbed the Sentai series instead (either following US titles, or using "<insert theme> Force"). For instance, Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger was dubbed into Power Rangers Dino Force and not Dino Charge (explained by the gap between JP and US adaptions). The names of the individual mecha are mostly intact, but the names for the combined ones are different:

Kyoryuzin: Tyranno King
Pteraiden-Oh: Ptera King
Plezu-Oh: Plesio King
Gigant Bragi-Oh: Gigant Bragio King

Raiden Kyoryuzin: Raiden Tyranno King
Bakuretsu Kyoryuzin: Power Tyranno King
Gigant Kyoryuzin: Gigant Tyranno King

I got that Thunder guardian (well I bought the double cross and made an offer on the other set). Looking forward to it! Oh and Kanrabat I dont think I ever responded, I found YOTG Soundwave on Kijij for that price. I wasnt at TRU, they were still selling him for more even discounted.

Got myself a Super Sentai treesome from Japan in one go! The funniest thing is I expected to only have 2 packages but at the post office, I found out two postal slips were stuck together.

Anyway, I got a used but complete and in box Gokaiger Kaizoku Gattai DX Gojushin,
a brand new Shuriken Sentai Ninninger DX Shurikenjin,
And finally, a brand new SHURIKEN NINNINGER PAONMARU SHURIKENJIN!



I'm very happy to have received the Shurikenjin duo at the same time. Paonmaru's seller even included a written thank you note by hand and a pair of snack! The snacks were some puffed-rice/weat thing flavored with beef and pork "ramen powder". They were delicious!



No buyer remorse at all. Those toys are absolutely AMAZING!



Even if Gojushin's beauty is without contest, it's the Shurikenjin team that is the clear winner for me. They are a lot of fun and the final configuration with Paonmaru is BAD-ASS!



Any Super Sentai newcomers should get a Shurikenjin team. If you LOVE ridiculous bots, this is the "combiner" for you! Man, this thing is FUN!

Nice job on the haul! I'll just wait for the US release of Shurikenjin and Bison King for the upcoming Power Rangers Ninja Steel, and see how Bandai US is going to butcher adapt them.

They were extras, really. They both have the same dot code (110 000) and thus active the same sound, for any "special" charger. The figurines are neatly designed tho

And remember how I lamented the fact my Megazord 2-pack came with no Chargers what-so-ever? Well:

I found one, at Ross of all places and for only 5 bucks. If I'm to believe a certain toy list, the first 5 never got re-released in later waves with shiny Chargers, yet here I have one. Only 3 more to go (1 Tyrannosaurus Rex, 3 Stegosaurus, 6 Pteranodon) for that set.

That Megazord is high on my wish list, I passed him up 5 years ago when I wasn't buying PR toys yet, despite being so enticed by older toys (by the High Octano and ValveMax ones at Ross)... Biggest mistake ever. Now I'm hoping it'll get a reissue in the TRU exclusive Mega Collection.

The super bot is dorky looking. The individual bots are silly looking. AND I LOVE IT! I'm especially baffled by the incredible engeneering used to make them combine. I never saw any of the steps coming! Truly, a great toy to own.

Here is my non TF toy haul (there arent many of those): Thunder guardian and Cross Attacker.

What's cool is that this big robot is made up of prehistoric mamals like the Sabretooth tiger, giant elk, mammoth, argentavis and direwolf (I didnt know Direwolves were real things...once).

My favourite is the Deer. I actually like Thunderguardian a lot. I am not as fond of cross attacker. The robot mode is cool, but the animals dont seem to work as intended with their back legs. I cant get them straight, the beast hips always extend outward and it looks off. I looked at reviews and it turns out that is how they are, do you have a similar problem. Also, I was a bit sadened that the toys dont look exactly like advertized on the box. Like that elephant trunk doesnt have spikes that come out in weapon mode. Unless I am doing something wrong. But I do love the feeling of these. They are so heavy and fun to hold. All of Thunderguardian is perfect.

Sure, X-Attacker may seem a bit ackward in arm mode, but the overall design just work IMO. Also, yeah, the back legs of the beast are spring loaded and have only one spreaded position. Not a biggie for me. Appart from separating from the mammoth head, the trunk does nothing. A great weapon for Thunder Gardian, but a bit dinky in ultra super mode. That's why I love that pose. Noble and powerful:



For me, the Biklonz X-Attacker and Thunder Gardian are among the best combiner teams money can buy for that price. Just amazing!

I agree the quality price ratio is great. Oh and the Power rangers bird is from the first movie's Ninjazord, like I had said:



The price is ridiculous for just one team member that doesnt even morph or anything.

Yeah, exactly. Still, my hopes are up to see it on sale eventually, the whole Ninja Megazord have been announced at 100$US but this give me no ideas how much the Canadian price will be. Maybe ONE Legacy team will be enough for me. For the money, I'd take more Japanese CRAZY Megazords instead. Like mabe the Shurikenjin Bison King and the HUGE LION CHAIR OF DOOM for the lulz.

BTW, It IS a haul thread. I was waiting for the big guy to arrive but might as well post this now. I got the GOKAIGER PAT STRIKER, Korean version. Nice little car that can ASSPLODE into a million peices!
