The trailer was shown on Spike TV's Game Head and aired this morning at 1AM. The footage contains some brand new footage of the Autobots and Decepticons transforming and also shows off Optimus Prime among others wrecking the town while fighting. I reported this when i saw this last night. Looks like i was beat to it. Oh well. You cant hear it in the youtube vid but the G1 transforming sounds are in it. The game has the sound so the movie might as well. If you want to hear it view the video on gametrailers.com

Multiplayer would be a nice touch, but if the single player campaign is as awsome as that footage shows, it'll still be an awsome game anyway.

Only the DS and PSP games will have multiplayer. I actually wrote an article about this game over at http://www.gamersblock.net. I'm one of their columnists.

Actually, I heard on Wikipedia that it does.

It'll give some of the stats under the Picture.

And, hey, looks like it IS coming out for PC. :-?

yes, its comin out for every system and the pc, but where it says..Mode(s) Single player/multi-player..that is talking about all the games..only the DS and PSP have multiplayer.

The DS version can offer co-operative play and the PSP edition offers 4 player play.

it doesnt talk about multiplayer for any of the other versions soo i doubt it.

I cannot wait for this game now. Seeing that trailer last night really put me at ease for the most part. Collision detection looks like it actually exists and the visuals seem to have been tuned up.

I bet its gonna be one of those games thats cool the first time but becomes repeative the more u play it! Thats why there has to be a multi-player(espeacially online!) in it to make it more fun. **** its 2007 X-box 360, PS3 and the Wii they should of thought when they made this game!
