I saw everything at multiple locations. I even found a Skylynx at Walmart once. I pointed out Target for the Battlemasters because they're the only ones in my area that carries them at all.

I'm guessing that was a return error, I wonder if Skylynx and Jetfire had the same code, that's how they were able to sneak it back through customer service. Pretty sure Skylynx was only sold at Target as far as B&M goes. Not sure about online though...Maybe someone bought Skylynx 3P on Walmarts website, and that's how they were able to return it to a store?
It's not the strangest thing though, I'm probably one of few people who actually saw Siege Omega Supreme in a store. It was at my local Target the end of December 2019. Someone just put it on the bottom self of the TF section, I'm sure it was an online return. My heart broke because I wanted it so bad, but I was in no way able to afford it at the time. Thankfully I was able to get him for normal price at BBTS last February. I know in hindsight it's nice that after he was gone Hasbro decided to do a 2nd run, but between March, and whenever it was announced he was coming back in stock, I might have been one of those impatient ones and spent way more of my tax return than I should have. I'm glad it didn't come to that.
Nice! Mine should be waiting for me when I get home. I wanted PotP Punch/Counterpunch bad but wasn't willing to pay the eBay markup. This was much cheaper and I get another ER Datsun as a bonus.sol magnus wrote:My Punch/Counterpunch / Barricade set just showed up to my house.
Mall-Wart's incompetence is propped up by their excessive market share, has been for a loooong time.Wolfman Jake wrote:D-Maximal_Primal wrote:Because Sol just pointed out some stores, the only bots I ever saw at Walmart were the wave 1 leaders and voyagers. Walmart can't even get their own Transformers exclusives on shelves most of the time. This has been a problem for years, not just in 2020. Right now, though, they're doing okay getting the Kingdom stuff out on the sales floors. I know that preordering was the way to go in 2020 for many Transformers products, but it doesn't work well when Walmart's preorder system is so broken that items go out of stock in seconds, and even then your order could be delayed indefinitely or outright canceled. How can any big business be this inefficient and ineffective with online sales in 2021? It should be mortifying for Walmart.

Micros and Battlemasters - all 3 waves
Deluxes - all 3 waves, but wave 3 only once
Voyagers - wave 1 and 2 only
Leaders - both waves
Commander - a few times
Titan - did not see, but also wasn't looking. My local store didn't carry him but the next closest one did. I had mine from Amazon by that time.

I would advise grabbing by the back of the gun and wiggling it out.

I should have treated it like gold but I got it glued pretty good. This is like a PSA for those who have yet to receive their set. Knowing is half the battle and all that, oh wait, wrong franchise...

Actually, following the history of the brand, not that wrong of a franchise.
Were they top secret, though? The theme song described them as "America's daring, high-trained, special mission force." Nothing secretive in that description. Just bold and well-trained.Emerje wrote:As a kid I never understood how the kids in the PSAs knew who the Joes were if they're supposed to be a top secret organization.

Well, yeah, that team had to be covert. They went rogue and became fugitives of the law.o.supreme wrote:Yeah it's kind of a Mandela effect. The A-Team Cartoon GI Joe Renegades says they fight a covert battle to clear their names. But they didn't have PSA's either.
