The Alternity Seekers for those car doors that always pop off. I do think both modes look great though, I just wish it didnt have to be this frustrating getting from one mode to the next.

I see what you mean there, fiddly bits all over the place that only come together right at the end.fenrir72 wrote:MrBlack wrote:fenrir72 wrote:BWII Galvatron

My bad. I meant Tailgate. gomenasai.......
william-james88 wrote:Just curious guys, if I asked for most complex instead of most frustrating/annoying would the replies be any different?
I mean, sure, there would be no Leader Jetfire but we would still end up with WFC Bumblebee, ROTF Mixmaster, MP Megatron, DOTM Sentinel Prime, ROTF Optimus Prime.
Is there anyone out there more complex than those? I feel the one with the most steps ever is Ultimate Optimus Prime who has 51 Steps. No one else beats that right?

Love the character, but man that toy is just a nightmare. First time transforming him must've taken me at least 40 minutes. Nothing would line up or stay together, so much of the online reviews/"help" was just people going on about how terrible the ordeal was, ended up clipping off some tabs just to make things a tiny bit easier... and then he's not even that good in either mode! (dunno about combined mode, don't have Optimus)
And then I go and put Jetfire with Ransack and Highbrow, who are pleasant to transform, so if I want to change the trio I got to deal with that.
Bradimus wrote:Almost forgot the bane of my collection: RotF Rampage!
Those spring loaded legs won't cooperate in alt mode, robot mode, heck, the whole dang toy is the most frustrating waste of plastic in existence! No way that can be left off of any list. No friggin way.

If I make most a most annoying to transform list, he would be nuber 1, there is NO DOUBT!
Also, if I do make a list, it would be an all or nothing type deal, so MOST annoying instead of "annoying but simple transformation". There arent enough complex transformers out there that arent annoying (according to the feedback on this thread) to warrant a list of simply complex transformers. And if there was, it would probably be along the lines of a best masterpiece list, so I will elave it at "hardest" and "most annoying" and there might be some overlap (though hopefully just one figure).
If you get MP Rodimus into car mode, it's 2 or 3 rather simple steps to get him into the trailer.shajaki wrote:I do all my TF's without instructions, but there's only two I haven't been able to accomplish on my own: Alternators Skids and MP09 (Winnebago mode).
Logan79 wrote:I agree absolutely, then the disappointing MP Rodimus; DOTM Sentinel Prime, Alternators Wheeljack (too many instable panels in car mode!).
Moonshot wrote: Then there is TFCC Rewind and Eject, those piledrivers keep popping out when trying to get them in tank mode all lined up. But I love these figures none the less.

I hated that BB transformation. I smashed the thing out of frustration. I got it to a point the last time i transformed it and lost track of what step i was doing and couldn't get is sorted again.
I SMASHED it good
ZeldaTheSwordsman wrote:Of what I have, it's actually a fairly simple figure who can be annoying: G1 Megatron. He's a lot more accurate than he gets credit for, but those die-cast thighs.. The upper lock on his left calf periodically wears loose, and lets his leg collapse when I try to stand him in robot mode. That is very irritating, let me tell you. It wouldn't be a problem if his thighs were plastic, but since they're 5mm thick slabs of die-cast they make him top-heavy.
ZeldaTheSwordsman wrote:ROTF Leader Optimus was frustrating at first for me, although not for the commonly-cited clearance issues. Rather, it was the counterintuitive step of disconnecting his chest halves from where they very tightly peg into the torso. Now, though, I transform him for fun.
I'm surprised I haven't seen Cybertron Thundercracker here, considering how much I've seen him (unfairly) blasted for this. Have people finally learned that his left shoulder's strut is supposed to be pushed in between his chest and his back, rather than (as the stupid instructions say) rely on the hinge to stay upright?
