Come on 7/4, I'm tired of boasting, slander, and hype. I just wanna see this thing already.

I agree with Liege Evilmus, at this point I just want to see the movie no matter what everyone else says and talks about it!

Agreed, the time has come to put their movie where their mouth is.
Let's see this 'ultimate tribute to G1' already.

I like what Ian Bryce says about obtaining as much live-action footage as possible. I saw Spiderman at the IMAX in London and it was one of the worst-looking things I have ever seen.

Here's one for you guys who hit me back in the day, did anyone see who wrote that article....Partick Lee....LOL
so that's where he works now..
Anyways, i absolutely agree, This movie can't come fast enough, and if they are anywhere close to what they say, then it should rake in huge profits at the box office.
One thing I would like to mention is that when i read that the battle will start at Hoover Dam, I got goose bumbs and was reminded of Sherman Dam from the G-1 TV show.. that's awesome if you think about it. It's kind of a hufge G-1 Reference, especially since it was in the first 3 pilot episodes, which is still their arrival to Earth story line, and which apparantley is the 3rd act in the movie..Nice Job!!
Though not completely sold on the Robot designs, and the fact Bumblebee doesn't have lots of Voice time, I am hopeful that this movie will satisfy me, even I am able to keep an open mind..sometimes..

Murphy said that the movie will make use of generation-one Transformers. "Everything that the original writer, John Rogers, had grown up on," Murphy said. "When [additional screenwriters] Roberto [Orci] and Alex [Kurtzman] came on to do their subsequent drafts, it was all the first season, because that was what I think had been earmarked as the traditional thing, ... as this is what kids grew up on and everything." Transformers is eyeing a July 4 release. —Patrick Lee, News Editor
If thats the case why does starscream look the way he does for the movie? I can deal with everything else for the most part.
