Great minds think alike!
What do you think the chances are they will reveal all 30 at SDCC?
gavinfuzzy wrote:Odd that the "exclusives" are numbered, and the regular 30th mass retail stuff are not. (Blitzwing, Trailbreaker, Skids, ETC).
GuyIncognito wrote:So far, the "Thrilling" 30 has been anything but. I hope all 30 aren't going to be simple repaints of recent figures.
ScottyP wrote:So much confusion about this line!
The numbered releases are -not- the entirety of the "Thrilling 30" line, they are a specialized part of it. Hasbro stated that there will be 30 "Special Items" on top of the retail releases that will be comprised of mainly convention/online exclusives. They are meant to be limited releases that weren't possible to get out at mainline retail.
For instance, the IDW deluxes are part of the "Thrilling 30" product line, but they are not 6 out of 30 products being released or anything like that.

Platinum Edition Predaking is the oldest release of the bunch, though not by much: it seems to be based on the 2010 reissue.

Is he one of the 30 numbered figures?

Reveal all 30 right at the beginning of the year? You know Hasbro is an expert at playing coy, right? I'd give them up number 15 before the year is done.

Is appendum an actual word? I think you mean either addendum or appendix.

We already have the first 11, but two items are repeated: Metroplex and Shockwave's lab. Only the smaller figures and the conventions are different.
As of now, the list is:
01 - Metroplex SDCC Edition (purple and red mini figures)
02 - Shockwave's Labratory SDCC Edition (clear Predaking)
03 - Platinum Edition Ultra Magnus
04 - Platinum Edition Grimlock vs. Deception Bruticus
05 - Metroplex ACGCon Edition (gold mini figures)
06 - Shockwave's Labratory Asia Edition (gold Predaking)
07 - Beast Hunter Optimus Prime CybCon Edition
08 - MP-1 Masterpiece Acid Storm
09 - MP-2 Masterpiece Soundwave
10 - Platinum Edition Predaking
11 - Construct-Bots Predaking
