Was there some announcement that Recordicons would be ending soon?
Also, this isn't back cover stuff. This is like the Tornado Facebook from last year that contained text stories leading up to that year's BotCon comic. These three will likely do the same for this year's comic.

Look at that smug look on his face in that picture. Thinks he's so important. Answer my question you jackass!

Yes. Now go to your room and don't play with yourself.
Okay, that can't be the Beast Wars cartoon proper since Sentinel was taken by the Predacons and never installed in the Maximals' seasons 3 base. He would have then been destroyed by Tigerhawk when Tigerhawk blew up the Predacon base. So this has to be another alternate version of it.Va'al wrote:Via the official BotCon Twitter account, we get another preview at some of their comics fiction for this year's Cybertron Most Wanted cast of characters - specifically, the page shows a little insight into the role and past of the Thief, Packrat (with art, writing and everything else by Jesse Wittenrich). Check out the mirrored image from Collections below, and browse our very own Seibertron.com gallery of the toy right here!
Wow, first we get more entries of this in the Complete AllSpark Almanac book, and now a full fledged Facebook page. Neat!Va'al wrote:A couple of days ago we reported on BotCon's social media and fiction efforts via the Axiom Nexus news crew. What has made its appearance since is a more interactive page, also part of the same initiative for the 2015 event, under the name of Ask Vector Prime! Read on below to find out more about it, and head here to pose your own queries.Vector Prime, one of our most venerable elders, answers some of your questions as a way to foster better understanding between Cybertronians and humans.

Where did you get SG Unicron from?
There is nothing that says anything about an SG Unicron.
See this thread.Bumblevivisector wrote:(Is there still a PDF of Alignment floating around out there somewhere? I only know of the one that was stored on the late, great, Megaupload)
Well, since Battletrap comes from Dreamwave G1, it probably still exists.Bumblevivisector wrote:Oh, maybe VP will give us an in-continuity (cuz we know what happened in the real world) explanation of what destroyed the Dreamwave universes! Or does that already exist?

The 'Collections' one shot takes place at some point after the Beast Wars. We haven't even defined what Universe this is from. One thing that seems to be the case, as you all know, is Beast Wars exists in many different timelines. This may be another timeline that has similar traits to the G1 toon continuity, Wings continuity or whatever other ones that are floating out there and contains Beast Wars but also contains one of these little stories that are specific to THAT timeline.
Yup. And a significant amount of time after the Beast Wars as well. The fighting took place across the entire planet, spreading parts and pieces everywhere. Including the bottom of an ocean *looks at Depth Charge's fin and Rampage's claw*. Packrat has spent a LONG time on his collection; he's picked up everything, not just the pile we see in one panel.

Wrong thread, X. This is the fiction thread, not the toy reveal thread.Rated X wrote:They might as well just show off the convention exclusives seeing how two of them have already been leaked. You just posted in something you probably didn't want to.
This is in the Cartoon and Comics Forum. And this isn't strictly a BotCon 2015 thread either. I'm the one who created this thread, and did so to let it be a general nexus of discussion for all BotCon and TCC related fiction, past and present, as stated on Page 1 of this thread.Rated X wrote:And what ever happened to the infamous thread merging? I would think everything Botcon 2015 would and should be on one thread.
