How do i upgrade myself?

I don't know how to upgrade myself. Every time i press the upgrade button, my stats of how much i have upgraded myself.

Be patient too, sometimes it takes a few minutes for your transaction to process. Usually when I upgrade a stat it takes 2 to 5 minutes. Tactics do not take as long for their transactions to be submitted and processed.

Quite...lately its been pretty fast for me. If its a constant problem and you know you are doing everthing correct, perhaps you should PM Omega Sentinel. There might be a bug; there have been a few issues for new players.
