No but you can reset their alt mode and xp from their upgrade screen, then re-name them and give them a new bio. Effectively killing them off but keeping their xp.

there should be a "Add a Transformer" type link near the bottom of your registry screen where you activate your Tfs.

Never too many characters. 12 can be unwieldy in keeping them together, I'll give you that.

We can only play 12, but Silence is numbering about 40 individual characters.
