Well c'mon. Like the judges would fight fair. Who cares I say. Just bring it!!
I mean it's not like you can really plan ahead and have a fool proof expect everything mission. A little challenge and surprise is something we need to adapt to and just overcome.

I just allowed more troops into the battle.
It appears the Judge in command of these troops panicked and jumped in to try and steal a win.

So either with OS's mad programming skills (which we have not doubted in the least) he has enabled the Judges to have super-intelligent AI...OR, he just said that with a smile and a wink.
