No, it just proves the best way to earn xp is to be a repairer and target the highest level possible.

It's because repair's mechanics favour high-level targets (it works best with 10 Int, and a target with 10 End), and the hgiher the level of the target, the higher the xp payout. Imagine ramming a lvl 11 with 0 End. Yummy.
