Knight Morpher Head Question

I have Commander and Annihilator. I only bought the second because the arm on the first broke. I'm still hoping to glue the arm back on and just keep Commander in robot mode.

Anyway, to put the replacement head on, how am I supposed to remove the old head? I fear if I just try to guess, I'll break that too. Do I pull forward, lift, turn and lift, what? In addition, is the head on Annihilator removable in case I decide I want him to have blue eyes?

Weapon: No Weapon

Looks to me like you flip the head around like you're transforming it to train mode and there's a screw. I assume once you remove that screw the head will lift off easily.

Removing the screw was necessary, thanks.

As it turns out, I like Annihilator about 10x more with the blue plastic instead of red.
